Welcome to the Everglass Ski Club website. Everglass lake, located in South-East Kansas boasts some of the best water for slalom skiing in this region. Built from an abandoned strip mine excavated by the massive shovel Big Brutus, the lake is approximately 2200' X 200' with some additional smaller channels connecting to the main body of water. Everglass is a privately owned and operated ski lake and is not open to the general public at this time. Everglass Ski Club was established in 1999 and is still in the early stages of development. The Club is considering hosting tournaments in the future but currently there are none scheduled. |
